Wynne-Jones IP talks to students at the Malvern Festival of Innovation Tech Day
HR Manager Lucy Gabb attended the Malvern Festival of Innovation Tech Day at the Malvern Hills Science Park to meet GCSE and A-level students and talk about careers in IP.
Lucy has more than 23 years’ experience in professional services and served as a Special Constable for Gloucestershire Constabulary for four years. Forward-thinking and innovative HR practices are at the top of her agenda, she champions diversity and inclusivity in the workplace and ensures Wynne-Jones IP stays ahead of the curve with attractive employment packages that includes both remote and flexible working, and policies that promote work/life balance and wellness.
Lucy will be talking to students about the wide variety of career options available to school leavers and the continued education and training Wynne-Jones IP provides.
