We are inviting an IP Senior Renewals Administrator to join our Renewals team, who would enjoy working as part of a small team to manage the administration and renewals process of existing renewals client portfolios and enjoy developing new opportunities.
The key tasks will be:
- Be proactive in the strategic development of the team.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the workloads within the team
- Audit, update and process records on our case management system Equinox
- Issuing invoices
- Maintain deposit accounts
- Dealing with renewal reminders
- Processing renewals within strict deadlines
- Dealing with any legal requirements
Who will be the successful candidate?
- Experience within the IP sector is desirable.
- Someone who can hit the ground running to support our Renewals team.
- Demonstrate excellent levels for attention to detail and accuracy
- Have a methodical approach to carrying out tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Confident interpersonal skills which allow you to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues with a collaborative approach.
- Client focused with good understanding of customer service is a must.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the teams performance and identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
You will enjoy direct contact with clients to manage the maintenance of their IP rights and work closely with key stakeholders, within the business, to continually develop the renewals service.
