Shona Moir

Three things you didn't know about Shona:

• I enjoy an adrenaline rush by taking part in crazy activities whilst raising money for charities close to my heart - an exhilarating 12,000 ft tandem skydive, free-falling 100 ft from a drop basket suspended from a crane, ditching the heels for trainers and walking 14 miles as part of the Scottish Kiltwalk. 
• There's nothing better than spending the weekends in the countryside with my partner and our labrador, Murphy, finished off with lunch in a cosy pub.
• I practice mindfulness after a busy day, whether that be guided meditation or journalling. 

Experience:

After working for the NHS as an administrator for 12 years, I felt it was time to move away from the sector in 2013 and take on a new challenge by joining the IP world.  From working in trade mark support to more recently transitioning to the paralegal role, I have nearly 12 years trade mark experience.  I have worked with many sectors including food and drink, high profile celebrities (music bands and footballers), fashion brands, and assisting in providing the full range of trade mark services to a range of local, national and multi-national clients.  I love spotting clients trade marks whilst out and about; it brings a great sense of achievement by assisting in protecting and enforcing the clients brands.
