Fiona Watkins is a HR & Operations Director and specialises in developing, improving and delivering innovative solutions across Operational and HR for Wynne-Jones. Fiona joined Wynne-Jones IP in 2008 as an Office & IT Administrator and became a HR & Operations Support Manager in November 2012. As of March 2015, Fiona became the HR & Operations Director. Prior to Wynne-Jones, Fiona worked in Marketing/PR, Education and Retail. Fiona has also enjoyed a 10 year period of self-employment which she believes has played an incredibly important role in her professional and career development.
