- Ashleigh is an avid traveller, keen to visit all corners of the world.
- She enjoys indoor bouldering, and outdoor bouldering when the boulders aren't too high!

EXPERIENCE:
Throughout her years of training as a patent attorney, Ashleigh has developed considerable experience in advising clients in the semiconductor and electronic devices space, such as solar cell and battery-based inventions. She has also worked with clients operating in the field of pharmaceutics, healthcare and biomedical devices. Her experience spans patent drafting, prosecution, opposition, IP strategy, competitor analysis, and portfolio management.
She holds a First-Class Integrated Master’s degree in Chemistry from UCL, where she received the Dean’s Award for ranking in the top 5% of students in the Maths and Physical Sciences, and the Nyholm Award for her outstanding contribution to inorganic chemistry. For her master’s project, she studied the effects of dopants on different components of perovskite-based photovoltaic devices, using a variety of characterisation techniques such as X-ray Diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
In light of her academic and professional background, Ashleigh has strong knowledge across materials and inorganic chemistry, particularly within the optoelectronics field.
