Change is Coming - The Unified Patent Court

Soon, between the final quarter of this year and early 2023, the biggest change in the European patent landscape will take place: the Unified Patent Court will open its doors and the Unitary Patent System will start operating.

There will be things for patent owners to consider, and this may affect your IP strategy and budget – expert advice is essential.
