Here's what recent applicants had to say about the recruitment process at Wynne-Jones IP:
"I would like to take this opportunity to say that I have been impressed by the speed and efficiency of the process and would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone thinking of joining the IP profession next year".
-Jack Dean (applicant for the Trainee Patent Attorney position (Chemistry) 2017-2018.
“I have felt supported from my very first day, the senior attorneys are all very supportive and give me and the other trainees equal opportunities to attend client meetings, networking events and CIPA events. Within six months of starting as a trainee, I attended an international IP meeting to develop the firm’s relationships in Europe. Through the Training Academy, I get an excellent coverage of knowledge across all aspects of IP through the in-house tutorials and revision courses. The work I do as a trainee is incredibly varied. I get the chance to work on patent applications relating to a diverse range of inventions, from very simplistic devices to complex industrial processes. I’m enjoying being exposed to and learning about cutting edge technologies. The Training Academy provides a continuous progression from starting as a new trainee to becoming a qualified attorney and opportunities for partnership. I believe the Training Academy is teaching me not only the legal knowledge and experience I need but also teaches me the business and relationship skills necessary to become an excellent qualified attorney in the future”.
