Three things you didn't know about Sam:

  • Sam loves baking so much that in an attempt to win an office Christmas decoration competition, she once baked and decorated over 150 ginger bread people in a single evening
  • She loves to sing and is currently a member of two choirs, but always on the look-out for another
  • Sam is a proud Kiwi and will happily help you plan your next trip to New Zealand

Experience:

Sam has worked as a paralegal (previously called secretary or administrator) in trade marks for over a decade. She started at one of New Zealand’s best IP firms, working for local and international clients protecting brands across Australasia and the Pacific. She arrived in the UK in 2013 and has been fortunate to work in some of the top IP and general law firms here too.

Sam has experience across many sectors including beauty and pharma, fashion and technology, food and agriculture, and has worked with clients as small as individuals all the way up to large multi-national corporations.

Sam joined Wynne-Jones after a career break in hospitality.  So far, not as much cake is involved.

Qualifications:

  • Trade Mark Paralegal, CITMA
  • Legal Executive Diploma, NZ Law Society
  • Bachelor of Arts (History and Anthropology), Univeristy of Auckland
