With more than 30 years’ experience in professional services, Lucy is Wynne-Jones IP’s HR specialist, and with qualifications from both CITMA and CIPA - she understands IP. Lucy combines her knowledge of HR and intellectual property to work closely with attorneys and support teams across the business to support people, performance, and long-term capability.

She brings depth of experience with a practical, people-focused approach. She is trusted, approachable, and highly effective under pressure. Her work has a direct impact on performance, wellbeing, engagement, and retention - helping the company operate at its best, even in complex environments.

Lucy is CIPD Level 5 qualified and trained as a first aider, mental health first aider, and fire warden. This breadth of expertise strengthens resilience across Wynne-Jones IP and ensures issues are handled early, sensitively, and discreetly.
